Taking Action "ACTN"

What does ACTN mean to us?

Accountability. Consistency. Transparency. New Beginnings. 

Understanding these is key to taking action in your life and living up to being the best version of yourself everyday. The first step to taking action is Accountability, this means holding yourself accountable through it all, having the integrity towards your self and holding yourself to a higher standard. Second comes Consistency, this means showing up for yourself every single day, through the good and bad. On the days where it feels hopeless, that is when it matters most to remain consistent, these are the times that you are going to build the strong holds in your relationship with yourself emotionally, mentally and physically. Third is Transparency, this means being completely honest with yourself and even those around you, understanding the things that make you happy vs unhappy. Also being transparent with yourself will help keep you in check with the first two. Which leads us to the last key New beginnings, this means that you need to understand and accept the idea that there are going to be new beginnings along the way. Do no look at the hardships as failures, look at them as lessons that have brought you a new beginning that is going to be apart of your story in taking the action to build the best version of yourself possible. Realizing the importance of each of these roles is critical to help you build the strongest version of yourself.
